　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the position of Analyst I - Sr. Lease Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing lease-related activities, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced team environment and possess experience in real estate databases, legal research, contract negotiation, and/or contract administration, we want to hear from you.

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight scheduled guidelines.

　　Ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally communicate verbally and via email with internal and external customers and establish effective working relationships. Ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

　　Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a high paced team environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with Real Estate Databases, Legal research, contract negotiation and/or contract administration.
