Acts as the liaison in coordinating logistics forinfusion and MRI cadence needed along treatment pathway and communicatewith patient and caregiver accordingly. Provides post-infusion perclinic protocol in the clinic or check-ins via tele-health visits toassess post infusion related reactions, address questions, etc. Theinfusion center will conduct the majority of post infusion follow upcalls. Provides counsel to AD patients and families for the options forcare and connect them with representatives from different localorganizations that provide care and support. Coordinates with thesupervising physician on any potential issues, needs, or assistance withany of the above. Must be clinically competent; deliver care to patientsin utilizing the APRN process. Models appropriate behavior asexemplified in AMMC Physician Services, Inc. Standards of Performance.CHAIN OF COMMAND: Reports directly to the Director of PhysicianServices. For patient care responsibilities, reports to assignedphysician(s).
