The Alumni Relations Assistant manages a variety of complex administrative tasks and works independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with multiple and conflicting priorities.
This position provides support to the team with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within Alumni Relations and between other HBS departments, including but not limited to:
Managing the AR general inquiry email account inbox and phone lines;
Preparing reports and materials;
Drafting correspondence for internal partners in External Relations (ER), across HBS, and to alumni;
Responding to emails, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, reserving space, recording meeting minutes, and ordering office supplies.
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be responsible for additional duties as assigned.
