Job Description

　　The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the sale and service of alcoholic beverages are in compliance with Aramark policy and local laws. Responsibilities may include but not limited to monitoring staff and customers to enforce the Alcohol Service Policy. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

　　COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $21.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

　　If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Ensure the team is informed of and adhering to the policy throughout assigned area(s)

　　Risk assessment of incidents involving alcohol

　　Review and complete incident reports

　　Coordinate with management and event security to report and intervene when necessary

　　Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment

　　Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

　　Qualifications

　　Experience in a related role preferred

　　Must complete related alcohol safety training

　　Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs

　　Must be available nights and holidays, weekends are a must
