　　Additional Job Description

　　General:

　　Carry out daily reports on inventories and tank levels in IP21 of Finished raw materials to take preventive and/or corrective actions that apply.

　　Preparation and sending to the operational areas of biweekly and monthly cuts of consumption and final inventories.

　　Comply with the objectives and procedures of the area.

　　Prepare an estimate of material to be consumed in accordance with the current production program to make requests to the purchasing area and/or suppliers.

　　Preparation of consumption projections for the following months (from 3 to 6 months or 1 year depending on the transit of the raw material)

　　Capture in SAP R-3 of all raw materials received at the plant.

　　Capture of freight/services.

　　Generation of purchase order releases for consignment materials.

　　Custody and surveillance of working capital of finished raw materials.

　　Verification of the consumption of Finished raw materials carried out by the Manufacturing Areas.

　　Optimal consumption and safety inventories.

　　Prepare Internal Control/SOX reports to monitor the raw materials area

　　Maintain excellent communication with the Production, Purchasing and Security areas.

　　Conciliation and Consumption Reports of Legal Entities 2520 & 1153.

　　Raw Materials Dashboards

　　Supplier Soda/Aluminate Reconciliation Southern Ionics

　　Packaging Coordinator Back-up.

　　• Comply with EHS objectives, procedures, standards.

　　• Comply with and monitor the regulatory activities of the process (OAS-New Scheme of Certified Companies) that apply and support the corresponding certification.

　　• Maintain the Raw Materials warehouse facilities in good condition, complying with all safety, environmental, quality, and order and cleanliness standards.
