Our Cayman Islands office is growing significantly, and we have created a new role to join our dynamic insurance management team. With your strong leadership abilities and extensive experience, you will work closely with the Managing Director to drive growth, provide strong governance, maintain high quality and value-added services and drive client and employee satisfaction.

　　As a member of the leadership team, the Director – Head of Client Services is expected to contribute and add value to help grow the business and achieve WTW’s objectives and goals. You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on client service and regulatory governance and will deputise for the MD as required. As part of your responsibilities, you will continue to support the Company’s healthy workplace culture through mentorship and professional development.

　　In this role you will further develop your existing industry connections and will successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies and industry partners. 　　Who we’re looking for:

　　The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance and reinsurance industry and the Cayman Islands Regulatory Environment, with at least 15 years insurance/reinsurance industry experience as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.

　　You will have a professional designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACMA, ACII, CPCU) and will be a highly motived team player that leads by example and who provides guidance and leadership.
