　　Laboratory Technician is responsible for maintaining processing tanksand batch treatment area within acceptable limits.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Follow directives pertaining to specific processes or tasks.

　　Maintain and operate lab equipment, including pipettes, burettes, TDSand pH meters.

　　Maintain accurate and organized records.

　　Perform Daily Solution Analysis per schedule.

　　Take samples from processing tanks.

　　Perform multiple analyses in laboratory.

　　Prepare and ship samples to laboratories.

　　Perform Adds, Decant, Builds and Dumps of processing tanks.

　　Perform Monthly Testing

　　Create travelers for all required tests.

　　Prepare test specimens.

　　Create Purchase Orders for outside tests.

　　Prepare and ship samples to outside laboratories.

　　Ensure laboratory is clean and stocked with needed chemicals, buffersolutions and chemical glassware.

　　Other duties may be assigned as requested by supervisor.
