　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK

　　You will attend classroom training and receive on-the-job training to develop the necessary skillset to provide non-professional direct nursing care to mentally and physically ill patients. You will educate, encourage, and assist patients in all activities of daily living. Other duties include carrying out daily individualized patient treatment plans, providing routine physical care to patients, positioning patients while utilizing approved lifting techniques, escorting patients on and off hospital grounds, responding to emergencies, acting as a patient advocate, and other related duties.
