We are seeking compassionate individuals with good organizational skills to provide care to patients with civil court commitments on the inpatient units. If you are a high-energy, caring, and detail-oriented individual, we encourage you to apply today to work as part of a dedicated team of professionals.DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs an Aide Trainee, you will be assigned training experiences and beginning-level work to assist mentally ill patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, and grooming. You will perform all work under close supervision, with emphasis on learning the basic knowledge, skills, techniques, and attitudes required to provide patient-centered, rehabilitative care for our consumers.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  The Department of Human Services provides excellent benefits, pay increases, paid leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for career advancement.Full-time employment.Work hours are 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift) with 30-minute lunch.Work hours during training are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st shift) with 30-minute lunch.Rotating schedule with every 3rd weekend off.May change based on operational needs.Multiple positions may be filled from this posting.Overtime: As requiredFREE PARKING!Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
