　　We are growing our Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering team within the Enterprise Systems & Experience organization to enhance the company's IT systems, applications, and processes with AI technologies. Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the company's core.

　　Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with proficiency in AI technologies to join our team. As a TPM, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our AI projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our software engineer, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to ensure that our AI solutions are developed and deployed efficiently.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage the technical aspects of our AI projects, including planning, execution, and deliveryDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesCommunicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholdersCollaborate with other teams to ensure that project dependencies are identified and managedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance employee productivityEnsure that project deliverables and requirements meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain documentation for project plans, schedules, and budgetsDeals well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractlyComfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting solutionsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences both in writing and using diagrams.Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development.Confident of your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from others

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field3+ years of experience in technical program management or a related fieldProficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologiesStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, and deliveryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

　　Experience with Kubernetes/Container resourcesExperience with Generative AI modelsExperience with prompt engineeringExperience in developing and implementing Generative AI solutions to enhance business processes and employee productivity
