Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Hoffman, MN. From:03/05/2024 - 11/30/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon-Fri. 8hrs./day, Sat. 8 hrs./day. All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. JOB DUTIES: Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum (3) month experience, Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire, Lift and carry 60 lbs. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
