Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Stephen, MN. From: 03/15/2024 to 11/15/2024 Work: 35 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 7 hrs./day. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay Must Apply By: 07/19/2024 NOTE: Due to system rules, this job order will close before the recruitment period elapses on 07/19/2024, however a new job order will be created and posted for the remainder of the recruitment period. JOB DUTIES: Driving trucks, semi-trucks and tractors. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Complete routine repairs, maintenance on equipment and yard maintenance. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer's discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer's discretion JOB REQUIREMENTS: (3) months experience; Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at no cost to the employee; able to lift 50 lbs.; employment reference; Obtain Driver's License within 30 days of hire; High School Diploma/GED not required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
