Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in Audubon, MN. From: 03/01/2024 to 12/02/2024 Work: 50 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 9 hrs./day, Sat. 5hrs./day. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Job Duties: Workers will assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Workers will need to operate tractors, payloaders, semi-trucks, and miscellaneous farm equipment. Workers will perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and property. Worker must be a team player with strong communication skills with a good work ethic. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Position requires repetitive movements. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
