Need 2 full time, seasonal, temporary Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Hancock, MN. From: 03/01/2024 to 12/01/2024. Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8/hrs./day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Job Duties: To drive and operate farm machinery to plant, irrigate, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment and drive and operate self-propelled combine. General maintenance and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Must be able to repair and maintain equipment. Record information about plants and plant growth, Repair farm buildings, fences and other structures. Extensive sitting is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
