We confine our cows for calving inFebruary, which means they are brought from pastures and put in pens.While in pens they need to be fed and cared for daily. During thecalving season from February until May the employee will need to assistwith birthing and deliveries, vaccinations, and caring for the cattleduring this period. After May cattle are turned into pasture and nofeeding or care is needed. Employee will then start with planting andharvesting sorghum until December. Employee will need to operate farmequipment to plant, harvest and haul the crop from the field to storage.Employee will need to spread manure on field as fertilizer. AfterDecember we do not need any further assistance until the next year.

　　Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence isalso offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers,from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-uppoints to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday andback at the end of each work day.
