DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs an Aging Care Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and training to Investigative Caseworkers who perform work duties affiliated with Older Adult Protective Services. Work involves directing a team to investigate, assist, and advocate for vulnerable older adults who are at risk for physical and emotional abuse, neglect, and exploitation, that lack capacity to obtain services without help. The community of Beaver County depends on this vital service affecting the lives of many older adults in critical situations.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Three years of experience in public or private social work and a Bachelor's Degree; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training including successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences.Other Requirements:You must meet the .
