As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

The Opportunity

As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you teach and coach clients and team members in becoming capable scrum masters, product owners, and agile team members. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You concentrate on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

Teach and coach clients and team members in agile methodologies

Analyze and resolve intricate problems

Mentor and support junior team members

Build and maintain client relationships

Develop a thorough understanding of business contexts

Manage complex situations to deliver quality outcomes

Uphold rigorous standards in tasks

Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology preferred

Teaching and coaching clients and team members

Leading as an Agile Coach on projects

Facilitating preparation for Agile ceremonies

Challenging and guiding using Agile and lean principles

Creating metrics for feedback on velocity and quality

Supporting Product Managers and Product Owners

Eliminating impediments and addressing issues

Specializing in Agile management tools

Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
