　　Summary -

　　Establish and maintain service relationship with agents and policyholders to facilitate successful and timely premium collection of direct bill and agency bill receivables.

　　A typical day will include the following:

　　Collect Receivables to Prevent Past Due Status

　　Relationships with Agents

　　Analyze Problem Solve and Reconcile Accounts or Producers

　　Examine and Distribute Bulk Agency Payment Allocations

　　Authorize Delinquencies for Non-Pay Cancellation

　　Evaluate and Approve Refund Disbursement

　　Qualifications

　　A successful candidate will have the following:

　　High school diploma

　　2 years or more Accounts Receivable experience

　　Customer Service experience

　　Intermediate excel skills

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills
