Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a

　　Billing Analyst

　　to join our Aftersales Finance Team in our Szentendre office.

　　What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

　　To provide an efficient and responsive billing service, to be responsive to the changing needs and to provide ad hoc support to departmental colleagues as and when required.

　　Key duties will include the following together with any additional responsibilities as requested by the Finance Director / Manager to meet business needs:

　　Billings / Commission analyis:

　　Review, approve, and reconcile commissions received / expected

　　Reconcile general ledger with expected sales for special programs

　　Prepare manual billings (external and intercompany) to ensure accurate and timely payments and accounting

　　Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and commission processes

　　Accounting and FP&A:

　　Support accounting close by ensuring precise reserve levels and correct classification of postings, including support of financial statement reviews

　　Provide financial input for monthly Profit Forecast and Business Plan

　　The position will be responsible for the support and performance of billing processes for Ford Customer Service Division covering multiple countries but with a primary focus on the UK and Germany.

　　Expectation is to work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities to meet agreed objectives.

　　You have a University / College degree and 3+ years' work experience in Finance/Controlling

　　You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe

　　You are able to manage conflicting priorities within deadlines

　　You have strong analytical skills and you are confident in using MS Excel

　　You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
