Aftermarket Support Rep - Parts

Primary Responsibilities
Research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customer as they relate to parts.
Consistent communication with materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders.
Work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited to parts marketing and development.
Train and educate branches in software use as well as general education of the parts ordering and distribution process.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years experience
High School graduate or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of Customer Service Experience
2 years of Parts Sourcing/Ordering Experience
