　　The After Sales Service Specialist will be part of the After Sales department. He/She leads the internal process in order to guarantee a proper Service Support to the Customer after the Commissioning with the aim of quickly providing short-term solution in case of failures. He/She supports the Product Owners in product development by providing all the information useful for carrying out root cause analysis and to identify the long-term solution. He/She records all the after commisioning failures and based on root cause and statistic analysis He/She will provide a full overview of the products performance level. He/She is Customer oriented with the purpose to ensure the maximum level of productivity of our equipments with the proper level of maintenace. He/She works closley with Project Manager, Quality Supervisor, Product Developers, Technical Writers and Supervisors, with the aim to drive the continuos improvement on the Customer Experience.

　　Your Impact

　　Solve promtly failure that occurs after commssioning, also managing retrofit campaign when necessary and providing customer feedback -To provide detailed report related to the majour problems presenting findings to Managers on a regular basis

　　Record and track all the after commissioning failures with costs analysis

　　Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use

　　Provide imput about product improvement and technical documentation improvement

　　Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively

　　Your Experience and Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or in the Agriculture field;

　　3-5 exeprience in Serive field;

　　Good english written and spoken;

　　Excellent communication, , Conflict resolution capabilities, Multi tasking skills, Problem Solving;

　　Detail-orientated, Deadline-driven.
