Aerotek is currently hiring Production Platers to join the team in their facility in Brampton

　　Description

　　Review work instructions, determine the type of material to be coated/masked based on the material and plating requirements

　　Calculate the surface to be plated, set controls of rectifier, load the part in the plating tank

　　Load in tanks, if it weighs over 35lbs you will use an overhead crane to place

　　Dealing with chemicals

　　Measure components thickness with gauges

　　Required skills and qualifications:

　　5+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment

　　Experience in an aerospace or aviation environment

　　Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications

　　Must be comfortable wearing a respiratory mask for 5 minutes every 30 minutes ( must be clean shaven )

　　Shifts

　　Straight days (7:30am-4:30pm)

　　OR

　　Straight afternoons (3:30pm-12:00am) note: training will be on the day shift and can take up to 2 months
