　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Delivery Consultant, you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure

　　world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based

　　methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology

　　Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical to optimize and

　　trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

　　Developing Solutions to Reach True Business Value: Understanding clients' main challengesand developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the

　　phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support

　　with a sense of urgency.

　　Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsiblefor installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two

　　operations.

　　Self-Motivated Problem Solving: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation,curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present

　　solutions.

　　Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as youwork across the client, partner, and IBM team.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　In-depth knowledge of the IBM Automation portfolio.

　　Professional knowledge in the planning, design, and delivery of one or more products fromthe IBM Business Automation portfolio or IBM Integration portfolio.

　　Experience in advising other professionals on specific knowledge related to the Automationbrand portfolio of products, within Diamond and Strategic accounts.

　　Expertise in Cloud Pak for Integration.

　　Expertise in architectural planning and implementation for the upgrade/migration strategies

　　for the related products.

　　Experience in the OpenShift platform or competitor Kubernetes offerings.

　　Experience in team or project leadership.

　　Provide ongoing technical and operational guidance to lead professional teams.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms

　　Experience in troubleshooting, logging, debugging errors and connectivity issues.
