What you’ll achieve

Help to develop and implement email marketing strategies to optimize the user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction. Manage merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize engagement and conversation. Drive analysis to deliver changes to the email platform and drive online demand generation strategies.

You will:

Define email roadmaps for Canada CSB and NA AW

Drive email rev premium compared to overall segment revenue

Implement new 1:1 Customer Engagement Journeys

Maintain Unsubscribe Rates Y/Y

Increase buyer base

Essential Requirements

5 to 7 years related experience

A proven history of successfully developing e-business strategies and solutions

A deep knowledge of leading-edge architectures and technology enhancements

Experience working in a large, complex, matrix technology organization with 5–7 integrations simultaneously

Project Management skill, with strong Merchandising/Copywriting skills

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $96,900 - $125,400.
