  Venturi, LLC., a Chenega company, has an exciting opportunity for an Advance Systems Analyst who will lead and execute analytical tasks, utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for complex development and operational programs, relevant program analytical principles, and practices for developmental and operational programs. The Advanced Systems Analyst will be capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems.

  Responsibilities

  Analyze architecture designs and top-level requirements.

  Lead and coordinate the development of architecture requirements, development, and analysis in support of Service and Combatant Commands (CCMD) needs.

  Analyze and assess architecture system performance, verification, validation, and reporting.

  Lead, develop, and coordinate MDA vision and strategies to support the Warfighter, including coordinating with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs, Intel Community (IC), Other Governmental Agencies (OGA), national labs, industry, and international partners.

  Coordinate and develop future requirements, technical analyses, and assessments of future concepts that can contribute to the Missile Defense System (MDS).

  Develop, coordinate, and maintain roadmaps to develop, test, and field future capabilities to the MDS.

  Identify future technology needs, requirements, and priorities.

  Develop justification for future technology requirements and priorities.

  Coordinate future technology requirements across the breadth of MDA and with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, the IC, and OGAs.

  May be required to provide daily supervision and employee recruiting, development, and retention in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

  May be responsible for management of program cost, schedule, and performance.

  Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Master of Science or Master of Arts degree

  The government will consider a BA/BS from an accredited institution of higher learning in a related field with 20+ years of experience instead of the MA/MS degree requirement

  12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects

  Secret clearance required

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  Ability to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.

  Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.

  Working knowledge of weapons system components and mission.

  Familiarity with DoD and MDA processes and procedures.

  Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership.

  Proficient with Microsoft software applications.

  Ability to execute and complete tasks without supervision.

  Ability to lead a team of contractors in the completion of projects and tasks.

  Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

  Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
