Job Description

　　What you will do

　　Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You’ll support our customers with Oracle DBA, Exadata, Oracle Secure Backup and more

　　Provide production operation support for Oracle Database Environments

　　Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems

　　Analyze product problems to find resolutions

　　Resolve new and complex issues, research technical inquiries, and handle user problems

　　Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments

　　Provide 24/7 support, working on a 365x7x24 shift pattern.
