DescriptionSeeking and Advanced Practice Provider for Medical House at Saint John Medical Center. The APP will be responsible for hospital admissions, general house calls, coordination of care and discharge planning in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. The schedule is primarily Monday-Thursday 4 10 hr. shifts 9:00 pm-7:00 am, no weekends. Occasional weekend coverage needed for staff PTO. APP experience is preferred and will consider new grads.
