　　Highlights

　　Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in North Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated , experienced advanced practice provider in cardiology , or new graduate with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU or ICU settings strongly preferred.

　　General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding

　　0.6 FTE / Flexible Schedule Monday – Friday
