The Executive Operations team within Apple Corporate Communications helps manage the logistics and operations of executive corporate travel and events. We are looking for an Advance Associate to handle the executive trip planning and execution for various members of the Executive Team. This includes the coordination of relevant partners throughout Apple, as well as relationship management with external partners throughout the process. This role will be tasked with high-touch principal management and staffing, and will provide support for daily team operations. Vital qualifications include meaningful experience leading high-level principals and the ability to problem solve in fast-paced situations. The individual will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. International travel experience is useful as it is a substantial component of the position.

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
