Overview:

　　Earn $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

　　Joining our California’s Great America team means you'll start making the meaningful connections with our guests as they enter the park.

　　Interpret and analyzes guest needs and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

　　Guide guests through the season pass or general park purchase process, while utilizing sales techniques such as quantity, up-selling, and discounts.

　　Utilize computer to create and process season passes, input pass registration forms, takes photos of the guests, and ensures proper distribution of the completed passes.

　　Identify and scan different types of admission tickets and season passes, and verify authenticity and proper usage upon receiving at the front gate.

　　Perform operating duties for toll booths, includes, but not limited to, setting up booth and POS, process transactions and provides direction and park information to guests.

　　Must be at least 16 years of age.

　　Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Spring operation.

　　We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts.

　　** Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.

　　This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the year.
