As a member of the Graduate Medical Sciences Admissions team, the Admissions Recruitment Specialist delivers exceptional customer service to a varied audience in order to recruit and retain applicants to more than 30 different masters, doctors and non-degree programs. Reporting to the Assistant Dean, the Admissions Recruitment Specialist must be a highly-motivated, self-starter who is a team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced higher education environment providing a seamless, positive applicant experience, while interfacing with GMS faculty and staff.

　　Required Skills

　　Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience required

　　Superb organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

　　Strong customer service orientation

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly

　　Experience in higher education and/or with CRM desirable
