Job Purpose To provide administrative support specificallyrelated to the Purchasing Department\'s activities, staff andmanagement. Nature of Duties: Enter Manual PO\'s Admin will need tomaintain the following items:change dock dates, pricing, PPV, Leadtime,RDL, Past due, ASN (Advanced Ship Notices) Maintains files, logs,purchase orders and other related documentation on the computer systemand in hard copy form. Send out weekly EDI releases along with Supplierreschedules. Daily upload of supplier reschedules information. Will needto send out reminders to suppliers that are not responding to weeklyreleases. Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports. Assists inexpediting orders. May contact vendors to obtain prices and scheduledelivery dates. Education and Experience: 1-2 years Purchasing Adminexperience. Organized Ability to work in a very fast past environment.Detail orientated.
