We are currently seeking a driven and attentive Payroll Specialist for our client, a booming tech industry leader. From maintaining records to preparing reports, your work will play a crucial role in contributing to our financial structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the preparation and distribution of payroll for employees.

Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.

Maintain employee records, updating data (ex: pay rates, direct deposits, tax exemptions) as needed.

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly payroll reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll function.

Excellent knowledge of payroll calculation and procedures.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.

Superior attention to detail and good numerical ability.
