This role provides essential daily project administration and coordination support to our growing team which allows the entire team to be more efficient overall in the delivery of our program.In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we will count on you to:Provide high-level administrative project support to technical staff and project managers across multiple disciplinesParticipate and facilitate remote collaboration including conference calls and online meetingsAssist with budgeting, planning, tracking spending, and developing spending projectionsAnalyze accounting information, develop trend analyses and develop methods for presenting this informationMonitor, track, and file large amounts of electronic documentationAssist in the management, upkeep, and distribution of project schedulesProvide support in the local Quality Program by documenting the performance of Management and QC Reviews, generating and updating the relevant QA/QC documentationAssisting with the development and maintenance of the project filing structureApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementCopy and/or scan project-related documents in-house and coordinate sending out larger jobsAssist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices, and expense reports as neededCompose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications, and correspondenceCreate and maintain paper and electronic filesCoordinate meetings and assist with presentationsPerform other duties as neededArchiving closed projectsOccasional travelQualificationsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experienceMinimum 1-year related experienceStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow on multiple simultaneous projectsA self-starter, able to work with minimal direction, team-oriented, and able to work with different personalities and stylesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Revu Bluebeam, Outlook, Access, and PowerPointFamiliarity with collaboration products such OneDrive, MSTeams, OneNoteAbility to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting proceduresAbility to prioritize competing demands for your time in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorAble to exercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issuesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culturePreferred QualificationsPrevious Architecture/Engineering industry experienceExperience with document manageme
