　　Position Summary:Support the Club Manager and gym operations through administrative activities and team support. Help build a culture where we can all learn more, dream more and be more. Work under strict supervision of the Gym Manager.

　　Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.Demonstrate the ability to make decisions.Assist in the interviewing and hiring of talented team members weeklyPromote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to our club members.Ensure the club meets all standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.Requirements
