About Administrative Office Coordinator

  REM North Dakota, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Join our team as an Administrative Office Coordinator in Minot, ND. Pay $18.00 per hour! Get paid daily or weekly!

  Office Coordinator

  Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support management with administrative duties, including scheduling, travel planning, and routine correspondence.

  Coordinate work, plans, organizes, and schedules duties and responsibilities of department staff.

  Provide backup support for administrative staff.

  Assist in preparation and maintenance of contracts and contract proposals.

  Coordinate building maintenance, office equipment, purchasing, and space planning/lease.

  Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and basic maintenance of office equipment. Coordinates timely repair of office equipment. Serves as the liaison to company vendors, staff, etc.

  Organize and plan department/program meetings, training, and events.

  May assist Training and Development Specialist with orientation and training

  Maintains employee files.

  Coordinate, process, and maintain invoices and develop systems and operations reports within the department.

  Assist with special projects. Gathers data and prepares a variety of documents and reports using established formats.

  Performs other related duties and activities as required.

  Qualifications:

  Associates degree in related field preferred.

  2-3 years of experience in administrative support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

  A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
