  We're currently seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator for a position in our Oldsmar office to help support the growth of our remodeling business. We are looking for someone with high energy and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.   General knowledge of construction and permitting process

  Energy & enthusiasm with a positive attitude

  Reliable & dependable work habits

  Excellent time management, customer service & interpersonal skills

  Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  High level verbal and written communication skills

  Friendly, conversational & engaging phone presence 

  Basic knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus

  A self-motivator with an efficient work ethic

  Willingness to learn!  

  Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Assists with aspects of client interaction: Including answering phones, emails, product knowledge & integration, etc.

  Assisting in completing permit drawings and applications.

  Working alongside our permit and service coordinator to assist with permit submissions and service department responsibilities.

  Responsible for coordinating and completion of administrative tasks at our operations center

  Assists the scheduling and confirmation of leads, service calls, and client appointments

  Ensures lead and client information is monitored and up to date in the Company's CRM system

  Daily support of on-site Management within the Operations and Accounting Departments

  Process and follow up phone calls for collecting balances upon completion of projects

  Pay rate $19-$24/hour depending on experience and skill set.

  You must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

  Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
