Administrative Associate II Project Controls
Support the Project Controls scheduling functions on aerospace programs in Execution Areas. Tasks are performed under the general direction of functional managers, plus mentoring of senior Project Controls Analyst (PCA) staff.
What Youll Do:
Review the Execution Area (EA) schedule requirements and work with the project controls staff to ensure requirements are met.
Support the Project Controls staff on assigned programs with:
Scheduling task development and input to the schedule tool.
Working with EA Project Engineers to assign resources to tasks using the schedule tool as required.
Working with the senior PCA on establishing the schedule baseline and ongoing maintenance.
Attending schedule update meetings as required.
Inputting weekly and/or monthly schedule updates.
Developing schedule reports and providing them in a timely manner to support customer deliverables as necessary.
Attending customer meetings as required.
Recovering schedule development and implementation as deemed necessary.
Completing what-if schedule inputs and analysis.
Support new business proposals with development of proposal schedules as required.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as necessary.
What You'll Need:
High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.
Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
Some knowledge and experience in utilizing business principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a team setting, coordinating group initiatives in order to bring a project to completion.
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Desired experience using MS Project and Excel, along with other MS Office Products.
Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location.Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $20.19 - $26.63 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
