Seeking motivated candidate to assist Administrative Director and PIs of the Cardiovascular Institute to enhance daily administration of research institute. Acts as the first contact for CVI and interfaces with laboratory personnel of all levels. Will process purchase orders, internal service requests and check requests, organize meetings and seminars, maintain Chief schedule, maintain administrative office systems, and act as liaison with Institute and Department and other BUSM offices.

　　Required Skills

　　Associate's degree, or equivalent, with 1-3 years required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
