Under general supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures, is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support functions such as preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files and records and conducting projects and assignments. Must learn the duties involved in fulfilling the officers' responsibilities and perform some of these duties to free the officer to attend to more important job aspects. Additionally, is responsible for producing meticulous clerical services that are accurate, complete, timely, properly formatted and that fulfill the intended purpose.
Associates Degree preferred.
A minimum of six months to two years related experience required, preferably in a Financial, Real Estate, Commercial Lending or Legal environment.
