Position Summary: Performs secretarial/administrative duties of a confidential nature, carries out delegated administrative functions, and scheduled all meetings and appointments on behalf of the above‐mentioned. Education, License & Cert: High School or equivalent required. Associates’ Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, preferably at the department head or executive level. Must have the ability to work well under pressure, exercise independent judgement, and maintain composure and pleasant attitude. Experience working with highly confidential information and sensitive information is required. Essential Functions: 1. Performs general office duties including answering telephone, preparing reports, and maintaining files. 2. Drafting documents and correspondence. 3. Superb organizational skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written skills. 5. Able to provide support to staff. 6. Schedule and project management duties within the Home Health realm. 7. Exceptional follow through skills needed. 8. Assumes duties of daily home health operations per Director. Other Duties: 1. Travel for this position is rarely required. 2.
