Job Title: Administrative Assistant Analyst

Canvas, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant Analyst! Canvas, Inc. provides services to a diverse group of customers in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Engineering Services, Program & Acquisition Management, and Product Integration. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Serves as the SME for MS Office Suite Applications for administrative tasks. Analyze, research, development and coordination of documentation, briefings, spreadsheets, and reports.
Uses independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment. Using proper protocol, screens all calls, requests for information, meetings and visitors.
Manage office supplies and official mail.
Maintain organizational and personnel charts.
Correspondence: Serves as the SME for AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence. Interfaces with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external organizations for the scheduling of meetings.
Manage and coordinate conference rooms, breakout rooms and other locations as necessary.
Manages numerous calendar events, unclassified and classified meetings, teleconferences and video teleconferences.
Responsible for coordination and staffing all documents requiring O-5, O-6, and PEO leadership approval. Includes submission and tracking of document packets using Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), SharePoint Workflow, and other staffing tools as required. Collects, analyzes data from multiple sources and provides recommendations for improvement and accuracy then consolidate the information into a single product while maintaining product integrity. Independently develops, coordinates, reviews, and tracks incoming/outgoing documentation/briefings. Resource management duties include monitor and maintain tasker documents through the staffing process both internally and with higher headquarters.
Manage the in processing/out-processing of personnel. This includes the oversight of welcome packages, sponsorship for in processing, and processing within the Human Resource Service Desk (HRSD).
Responsible for arranging and performing as a Reviewing Official civilian personnel TDY travel using the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) to include travel itineraries, hotel, transportation, TDY agendas and briefing packets and ensure that vouchers are submitted in a timely fashion for settlement of the traveler's government travel card. Analyzes error logs and provides recommended solutions for travel projections and expenditure reports.
Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and recommending corrective actions in the administration of the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
Manages and submits daily accountability and personnel reports.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma and 11 years of relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Subject Matter Expert with AR 25-50
Subject Matter Expert for MS Office Suite Applications
Experience with the following items:
Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
DoD Defense Travel System (DTS).
Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) highly desired.
Human Resource Service Desk (HRSD) highly desired.
Required Security Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
