Administrative Assistant Overview

Main receptionist: Answer incoming calls, greet guests.

General administrative support:

Distribute mail/packages.

Manage conference rooms, guest visits, and meeting setup/breakdown.

Conduct daily office walkthroughs, coordinate repairs, oversee janitorial services.

Manage record retention, storage, shredding.

Administer building access cards and security.

Assist with ad hoc projects and office supply inventory.

SCP Kitchen and Lunch Program:

Order groceries and Friday team lunches.

Maintain kitchen tidiness and manage lunch setup/breakdown.

Coordinate facilities and IT support services.

Assist with travel arrangements.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

1+ years of administrative experience.

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Education
