Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an Assistant to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no days are alike. As Assistant, you will support Operations Director, who is located in Povazska Bystrica.

In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization. You will be given the opportunity to have a great amount of influence on your responsibilities and tasks. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support in managing the department director's calendar, organizing meetings, business trips and settling business expenses

Preparation of weekly reports to the superior

Receive, process, circulate, and file documents (mail, contracts, bills)

Cooperating and supporting other departments, preparing and organizing all visits within the plant
