Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii. The successful Administrative Assistant candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing efficient customer service, handling inbound calls, and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries

• Manage and process customer applications efficiently

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a business minded fashion, providing information and resolving issues as needed

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correct and up to date

• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly to all incoming emails

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to perform various administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring efficient time management

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience in data entry and maintaining databases

• Proficient in email correspondence and managing business communication

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
