Description

A company in The Woodlands is in need of an Administrative Assistant on a long-term temporary basis. Duties include:

Client Engagement administrative support.

• Perform steps necessary to onboard and prepare each engagement for tax accounting.

• Perform steps necessary to fully and completely close out each engagement.

Income Tax Return engagement support services.

• Client intake and onboarding

• Client information and document gathering

• Client document handling, scanning, uploading, and delivery

• Engagement close-out assurance activities

• Client appreciation and satisfaction activities.

Requirements • Must have previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory

• Should possess strong customer service skills and experience

• Must have experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence

• Will be required to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings

• Must have experience in data entry and management

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential

• High level of discretion and confidentiality for sensitive information is necessary

• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
