Nexeo HR is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join a great company in the Logan,Utah area. Responsibilities
Efficiently manage incoming calls,direct them to the appropriate personnel,and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments,ensuring smooth logistics and optimal customer experiences.
Assist in monitoring insurance enrollment processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate on safety instruction and meetings,facilitating a safe working environment for our team members.
Qualifications
Proficiency in basic computer operations is required. Specific software skills will be taught,but a strong foundation in general computer usage is important.
The ability and eagerness to learn new tasks and adapt to our unique processes and procedures are essential.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing is a plus,as we may require occasional social media support.
Effective communication is vital,as you will interact with both colleagues and clients regularly. Clear and professional communication is key to success in this role.
Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
Schedule
8:00am 5:00pm | Monday Friday
