　　Dynamic property management firm dedicated to providing superior client services. We are in search of a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

　　Job Overview: We require an Administrative Assistant to play a pivotal role in our business operations. You will mainly be responsible for assisting with lease-ups while also performing other general administrative duties.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in managing and tracking all lease-up documentation and activities.

　　Interact and communicate professionally with tenants and resolve their inquiries and issues.

　　Maintain digital and physical documentation, including lease agreements and correspondence.

　　Coordinate with property managers and maintain an efficient system to track lease-ups.

　　Manage open houses, inspections, and property viewings, conducting them when required.

　　Assist property managers at meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.

　　Maintain confidentiality regarding company and customer information.

　　Perform other relevant administrative duties as assigned.

　　Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsExcellent oral and written communication skills

　　Customer service experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
