　　We currently have an open position for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the entertainment industry. 　　Fielding telephone calls

　　Receiving and directing visitors

　　Word processing, filing and faxing

　　Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed

　　Requirements

　　What we're looking for

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

　　Heavy documentation and data entry, assist clients with policy information and changes, email correspondence.

　　3 years+ recent administrative experience

　　Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

　　High attention to detail and accuracy in work

　　Property & Casualty experience a plus!
