Armcorp Construction is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone callsGeneral paperwork/clerical duties Check and send/drop off mail daily, including preparing Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. Maintain Training Room schedule and assist in setting up for meetingsUpdate and maintain Staff Meeting notesAssist with Lots for Soldiers clerical/administrative dutiesAssist with preparation for Company Picnic, Christmas, and other eventsCommunicate with outside vendors/companies to procure documents as neededAssist managers with sending mass emails for reminders, scheduled meetings, etc. Create and send out a company wide monthly newsletterPrepare and send anniversary and birthday cards each month Track and order office supplies Maintain company car usage logMinor housekeeping dutiesAll other duties assigned
